Skinny Moose Munch- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips 1 100-calorie bag of popcorn After popping popcorn, . melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until the chocolate melts.Use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate all over the popcorn that is laid out on a tray. Put the tray in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.

Healthy Popcorn Recipes: great ideas! My favorite is using extra-virgin coconut oil, Himalayan pink salt and/or some Rapunzel Organic Whole Cane Sugar for "kettle corn." I also love the combo of melted coconut oil & any flavor Mrs. Dash (I like both the lemon and chili varieties).
