15 eggs 1-2 tsp. salt/pepper 1-2 cups grated low fat cheese 3 green onions diced small chopped veggies such as blanched broccoli, red pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, etc. Optional - diced Canadian bacon, lean ham, or crumbled cooked sausage Preheat oven to 375 F Bake 25-35 minutes until muffins have risen and are slightly browned and set.
Simply Delicious Cinnamon, Vanilla & Maple Toast Sticks Maple Toast Sticks: Cut 1 slice Texas toast into sticks. Mix 1 tablespoon each melted butter and maple syrup and 1/4 teaspoon each cinnamon and vanilla. Brush on the bread and toast in the oven.
Last pinner said...I do this daily (: Perfectly cooked, shaped eggs - and you can bake a whole lot simultaneously: Just grab a muffin tin and and very lightly oil each spot in the tin with either butter or spray oil. Then crack an egg in each muffin area! Stick these in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. Put on a English muffin, with shredded cheese. Can be frozen and reheated. Brilliant!
