Baked Chicken Fajitas Preheat oven 400 Grease 13x9 baking dish. Place 1lb chicken breast strips in bottom of dish. In a small bowl combine: 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon oregano and 1/4 tsp salt. Brush spice mixture on top of chicken strips.
