Combine dry and mix in. Roll 1/4-1/3" thick. Bake on parchment 7-8min@375. Will look underdone. Cool 5min, remove from parchment. ICING: 1/2c. butter; 4c. 10x sugar; 2t. vanilla; 1/4-1/3c. milk.

Cinnamon Sugar Donut Muffins- I made these last night 3/8/13 and we ate them for breakfast. Followed the recipe exactly except I only made 1/2 the recipe. I made 9 muffins, but could have made only 8 if I had topped off the others. There is a reason to make sure you fill the muffin pan 3/4 full. When you get to dip in butter & sugar, much easier if muffin has a tall top. Batter will be thick-don't be tempted to thin. WOW - so good
