This is actually a great plan, the only issue is you have to do strength and cardio the same day - this is hard for some people, but I think many could see GREAT results doing this because it's HIIT training with strength = fastest results Side note: for faster results do the strength training at least 2 times, if you can, do it 3 times. It's fine at week 1 to start at 1 rep, then 2nd week progress to 2... but by week 3 you should be at least 2 reps and progressing to 3. Don't do more than 3!
IT'S 0 POINTS PLUS!! Genius! 1-2-3 Cake. You need two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. Mix them together (shake them in a big ziploc bag or stir them together in a big bowl). Then simply store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert. Then just put three tablespoons of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in two tablespoons of water. Microwave it for one minute and you will have a single dessert

Drink this daily and watch the pounds come off without fuss. The recipe is two handfuls of baby spinach, 1 cup of. chunk pineapple, 2 bananas, 1 cup of yogurt and 1 cup of filtered water. Blend well and enjoy! Helps your skin to! (reminds me of insanity)
