This simple recipe takes the mystery out of cooking fish & is pretty much foolproof! It works with any type of seafood and seriously makes the best fish I have ever had! So easy & sooooo good!
Crab-Filled Crescent Wontons 1-8 oz. tube crescent roll dough 3 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup mayonnaise 3/4 cup cooked crabmeat, chopped 2 green onions, chopped 1/8- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper salt and pepper, to taste Heat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows to make 24 squares. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Best way to cook salmon: Cover with olive oil, salt & pepper. Put in a *cold oven* and set the temp to 400. Leave it for 25 minutes and out pops a perfect fillet!
