Ranch Chicken Casserole I make this all the time and it is one of my favorite things to eat!!!!!! I will even eat it for breakfast ;0 Mine is a little different and I like mine better. What I do is use nacho cheese doritos instead of plain ones and I use 8 oz. of cubed mexican velveeta instead of the cheddar and mozzerella (sp) which made in more creamy.
White Queso Dip (no Velveeta) 16 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sour cream 2 cups grated Jack cheese 2 cups grated Parmesan 1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles, drained 1/2 teaspoon salt Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well to combine. Spread into an 8x8 baking dish and bake for 20 minutes @425 - or until hot and bubbly.

Greek Marinated Chicken ~ 1 cup plain yogurt 2 Tbsp olive oil 4 cloves garlic, minced ½ Tbsp dried oregano 1 medium lemon zest juice from 1/2 lemon ½ tsp salt freshly cracked pepper ¼ bunch fresh parsley 3½ to 4 lbs chicken pieces ~ Combine marinade. Place pieces in marinade in gallon ziplock. Bake 375 45-60 minutes or grill
