Proverbs 31 is about Ruth. A wonderful story; An unwelcomed woman in Jerusalem and follower of Naomi (then later God the Father) works to selflessly serve her mother-in-law after the death of her husband. Her reputation makes her less of "Moabite trash" and Boaz leaves his estate to honor her and her late usband. She is rewarded by God for her grace and sacrifice. Read Ruth, then Proverbs 31.
praying God's Word over our children everyday!
one of my favorite Bible verses ever :)
yes, I am a Christian, Yes , I have a personal relationship with my God, Yes, I like it, and yes, shockingly, The Bible makes sense to me. It is about morals, ethics, lessons, love, and peace. Not so much about hate, phobias, hellfire, and damnation. If that is what you make out of it....well, then you are missing all the good. these are some of the good.
“Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you! See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me." Isaiah 49
