The first item in the Filter menu is always your last used filter (Ctrl F, Mac: Command F) and clicking it will allow you to re-apply it with the same settings as before. By holding down the Alt key (Mac: Option) while clicking on it, you will get the dialog box of the filter where you can change its setting. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl Alt F (Mac: Command Option F) to bring up the dialog box.
