Reindeer Crunch:12 C plain popped popcorn, 1 1/2 C salted mixed nuts, 1/2 C butter, 2 C packed brown sugar, 1/4 C light corn syrup, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla, 12 oz choc chips. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 mins, stirring now and then. Stir in vanilla. Pour over popcorn + nuts. Bake on greased sheet @ 250 for 30 mins. Stir once. Cool & break into chunks. Melt choc chips & drizzle over popcorn.
