Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole Saw this on g+ so I had to share it here. Use skim milk and low fat or fat free cream cheese to make this a bit healthier. If you have high cholesterol, you'll want to watch the salt and butter as well. Remember, some fat is good for you so don't worry about getting rid of it all.

Snickers Salad: 1 box vanilla instant pudding, 1 cup milk, 1 container cool whip, 8 green apples diced, 6 snickers candy bars chopped into chunks Mix the milk and pudding,fold in cool whip. Let set up in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, add apples and candy bar... ENJOY!
Five almonds, one red apple, one banana, 3/4 cup of nonfat greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of nonfat milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon! Happy Fall!
Pierogi Casserole: pretty awesome. Next time I'll use the mini Mrs. T pierogis to make it go farther; I could have eaten the whole pan! Used reduced-fat cream cheese & 2% milk cheddar, then sprinkled the onions & bacon on before baking. (Shortcut: buy the precooked crumbled bacon & crisp it on a paper towel in the microwave)
