I absolutely LOVE this printable grocery list and meal planning sheet combo. It is so handy to jot down what you're cooking, what ingredients you need, then add other items. It functions as a grocery list at the store and a reminder on the fridge of what to cook that week! Meal planning really helps cut down on extraneous spending and promotes healthy eating!

This includes some great feeding therapy principles: one food at a time, pack in protein and veggies/fruits first, then other foods. Transition from food to food so there is a just noticeable difference between foods offered to the toddler (e.g. square cheese, then round cheese, then round cracker, etc.)
