Melt-in-Your-Mouth Pumpkin Bread 1 1/4 cups oil 5 eggs 2 cups pumpkin 2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 2 pkg. cook-and-serve vanilla pudding (small boxes) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp soda 1 tsp cinnamon Blend oil, eggs and pumpkin. Combine other ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle and lightly pat on the crumb topping (see recipe below). Bake in 2 greased/floured loaf pans at 325° for 1 hour. Oreo and Peanut Butter Brownie Cakes 1 box brownie mix, 8x8 inch size 24 Oreo Cookies 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 12 muffin cup baker with paper liners. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. For each cupcake cup spread 1 teaspoon of peanut butter over 2 Oreo cookies and stack them on top of each other....
Spread 2 oreos with peanut butter, stack em, stick em in a cupcake liner, pour brownie batter over just to coat and bake. Adding this to my last day of school menu!
Oreo Fluff Dip -- 1 Box White Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix, 2 Cups Milk, 8oz Cool Whip, 24 Oreos Crushed, 2 Cups Mini Marshmallows. Instructions: In A Large Bowl Whisk Together The Pudding Mix And Milk For 2 Minutes. Add Cool Whip, Oreos And Marshmallows, Stir Well. Refrigerate Until Ready To Serve.
