Pinner Says: This is our favorite way to eat broccoli of all time! My husband says he would rather eat this than fries. I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.
To try: microwave chips .... Oh. My. Word. Never buying store bought chips again. I mixed all ingredients in a gallon ziplock bag. Plus, I added garlic salt and pepper. I bet it'd be great if you added dry Italian dressing packet or even a ranch dressing packet.
2 cucumbers- cut up, 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes (about 30), 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil, 1 cup fresh mozzarella (I like to use the little balls), 1 avocado, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, Salt and pepper to taste
Staple to-go lunch: Chicken, black bean, corn, salsa, & avocado salad.
