Artichoke Hummus- recipe 14 oz. can chickpeas, drained & liquid set aside, 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, 2 T tahini, 3 T olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, minced, * 3 T lemon juiceIn a food processor, combine chickpeas, artichokes, & tahini, blend. Slowly pour in olive oil, garlic, & lemon juice. Blend to smooth consistency. If too thick, add 1 T. of chickpea liquid at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
