Starch recipe for "no-commitment" wallpapering your walls with fabric. I orginally got this recipe from Carol Duvall. I have used it on walls, paneling, appliances, wooden furniture, and even yucky old file cabinets. Make the starch. Let cool, but use warm. Cut fabric to approx. size. SOAK material. Pull between fingers to remove as much excess as possible. Apply. SMOOTH, leave no bubbles..Tuck under any overages.Just Peal off when desired.
