Zucchini Noodles these are made with a potato peeler and zucchini when you get down to the seeds toss it in the trash. Saute them in butter with your own seasonings and garlic and shallots.

Green (not bean) casserole: Kale is so yummy!! Don't let the kale or mushrooms scare you off it is delish! I only steamed my kale for about 5 minutes then plunged into the ice water. I used the leaves from 4 bunches of kale for 6 adults and 2 kids with a little leftovers. Don't forget sea salt and fresh cracked pepper!
