Cinnamon Toast Greek Yogurt Dip @Cassie G Laemmli [Bake Your Day]
Jello frosting, works for any flavor! 3 ounce pkg. of Jello (favorite flavor), 2/3 cup granulated sugar, 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Place the above ingredients in a large GLASS OR METAL mixing bowl (OF A STAND MIXER) Note: Works best with a whisk attachment. Turn the mixer on high just as you add ½ cup of boiling water. Whip on high for five minutes! This would be great on cupcakes!
Cupcakes for TWO- for when you just don't need a bunch of sweets laying around OR you want to make a Birthday Cupcake for a friend, not 2 DOZEN - 1 egg white, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/4 cup flour 1/4 heaped teaspoon baking powder, pinch of salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
The best icing!! All you do is mix one vanilla pudding packet with half of the milk called for on the package. Whisk until it begins to thicken. Then fold in one container of Cool Whip. A great frosting spread on cakes and piped onto cupcakes, a tasty filling in crepes or on waffles along with some fruit...way less sugar too!!!!
Georgia Pralines (maybe a little TOO easy to make...it could be dangerous!) great for Christmas! Ingredients: 1 cup Chopped Pecans 1 cup Brown Sugar ⅓ cups Whipping Cream ¼ cups Butter 1 cup Powdered Sugar 1 teaspoon Vanilla
This recipe is called cookies in a cloud. It is the one my friends always request me to make. Layer a 9x13 pan with chocolate chip cookies. Mix an 8 oz package of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 egg and layer on top of cookies. Add another cookie layer on top of the cream cheese layer. Bake in the oven at 350 until the cookies are done.
