Twice baked breakfast potato: butter insides, add cheese, bacon pieces, top with the egg, salt & pepper. Pop into the oven @ 350 for about 15 - 20 minutes. Keep an eye on them, don't over cook the egg. Top with cheese, bacon, green onions and some sour cream. Yummy
The trick is to put the pan in a cold oven and then switch it on and begin your timer. Im amazed how many people dont know this. Cook bacon in the oven. Cover cookie sheet with tinfoil first. We do 375 for about 20 min instead of 400 for ten because the lower and slower the more fat renders out. I hate getting SPLATTERED!! This works perfectly!
Turkey Gravy: 2½ c. drippings from Roasted Turkey; ¼ c. flour; ¼ c. chicken broth or water; salt+pepper to taste; opt.: other herbs, seasonings to taste Skim off most fat. Simmer for about 10-15 min. stovetop, stirring occasionally. Remove celery, onion,+large pieces drippings. Simmer. Mix flour+broth or water in small mason jar with lid; shake it up to mix. Gradually whisk in flour/liquid mix into drippings til smooth. Lower temperature. Add salt+pepper,+other seasonings to taste. Whisk again.

Melt butter, stir in sugar and vanilla. Pour over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour Mt Dew around edges of pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
