SUPER in love with this fireplace...not so much the mirror, but I want the fireplace
The Shabby Nest
Basketweave Rattan Mirror. Great texture on that woven frame. Nice over a mantel as pictured below, or, again, in an entry where its tactile qualities would shine. I can also see this one and three others, hung close together, two over two, on a tall wall in a voluminous living or family room. If you like the tropical look of a Barclay Butera beach interior, this is the perfect mirror for you.
COMFORT & LUXURY: Mirror, Mirror, All On Sale...
Our fireplace and mantel turned out a bit like this, except ours is bigger. Same style of rustic-edged stone hearth and big beam mantel. A big fireplace like this demands big accessories, so I love the lanterns on the hearth. Not loving the painting though.
A fall mantel I can get behind. It's simplistic and perfect and manages to use my two favorite colors (blue and green) and still convey the warmness I want as the weather cools.
nautical touches—a model ship, candle lanterns on either side of the hearth and an anchor on the mantle
Mix and match flameless candles with candleholders, gourds and lanterns and layer atop the mantle. The casual nature makes for a theme that's easy to echo throughout the home on consoles and tables. #potterybarn
