L Stand - Kneel on the ground 2 or 3 feet in front of a wall and place hands on the ground in front of you, slightly wider than shoulders. Place feet on the wall, straighten legs, and walk feet up so your body forms an L shape, torso perpendicular to your legs [shown]. Hold for 15 seconds. (To make it harder, do pushups in this position.)

very effective . . . but concentrate while doing it - they don't call them "skull crushes" for nothing! :D

I've done a variation of this and it kicks ass - c o n t r o l and strength and balance and concentration
