Weight Watchers Potato Salad
Armadillo eggs...MY recipe: 9 jalapenos, cut in half & cleaned (all veins & white removed - wear gloves!), 8oz cream cheese, 1/2 lb breakfast sausage, cooked, crumbled & mixed with cream cheese, 9 slices maple bacon, cooked about 2-3 minutes in microwave (not done!). Load peppers with cheese/sausage mixture, wrap with bacon strips, pin with toothpicks. Bake at 350 until bacon is crisp! YUM YUM

Alyssa's Idea: My favorite new low-cal sandwich is Orowheat's honey wheat rolls (100 cal each) with a slice of Sargento's low fat Pepper jack (40 cal each), sliced cucumber, tomato and Oscar Mayer's Select (no preservatives and 50 calories for 6 slices) Applewood Bacon turkey. Top with a tablespoon of Ken's Steakhouse Lite Honey Mustard.
