Honey and cinnamon cleanse every morning, on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast, and again at night before sleeping. Drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup water. If taken regularly it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Also drinking of this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body, even though the person may eat a high calorie diet. 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of honey in a cup of boiled water.
JuSt DO IT!!!!!Tank Top Arms- this workout actually looks great- it does a nice balance of working the bis, the tris, and the back pretty equally. Did this @ my Boot camp. The routine takes about 6-7 minutes, and is a TOTAL workout! I added another set of push ups, threw in some planks/abs and legs for a great total body workout
LOL OK so "Pretty" doesn't fit me, but you get the idea. You may look like a train wreck while exercising, but hopefully it will all be worth it weeks, months, and years from now.
