If you’ve never done this before, you are seriously missing out. Grapefruit is good but broiled grapefruit is GOOOOD. The sugars caramelize and the flesh gets a little warm and gooey and it’s a sweet, tangy, brûléed masterpiece for your tastebuds. I highly recommend it."- need to try this!
