Cook a cup of quinoa (or another whole wheat grain, like barley or whole wheat couscous) the night before. The next day, combine 1/2 cup cooked quinoa with 1/2 cup black beans (if canned, look for less than 100 milligrams of sodium), 1/4 cup cooked corn (canned is fine), 1 ounce of feta cheese, chopped tomato and a dash of pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mix together.

Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken ~ 1 lb chicken cut up 3 cloves of garlic minced 1/2 ~ 3/4 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce 1/3 cup brown sugar Set crockpot to low. Put chicken in crock. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cover with lid and cook 4~5 hours. Serve over rice. Make a pot of Bigelow Chinese Fortune Tea. Enjoy!

Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip Ingredients:1 pkg frozen chopped Spinach (thawed, drained), 1 pkg frozen artichokes (or 14oz can) finely chopped, 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, 1 cup Light Mayo (you can use regular), 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 tsp. garlic powder. Mix all ingredients. Spoon into lightly buttered 3 1/2 quart slow cooker on HIGH for about 1 hour.

Omg!!! Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray the insides of a square all edges brownie pan with Pam spray. Scoop out a heaping tablespoon of premade cookie dough and press into the bottom of each square. Top the cookie dough with a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup placed upside down. Then fill up the well with your favorite prepared brownie mix up to 3/4 full. Bake in oven for 15-18 minutes. Remove and cool slightly.
