The perfect fall dinner, this white chicken chili is healthy, easy and fast! Crockpot modification: - Place chicken breasts in the Crock-Pot, then pour in beans, undrained can of corn, and undrained can of rotel - Cook on low for 6 hours. Stir in cream cheese around hour 5 and shred chicken with two forks. Stir and let cook for another hour. Serve over rice, in tacos, in burritos, or over tortilla chips!!
crock pot chicken enchilada soup. Very good soup. I added rice made with the rest of chicken broth as not to waste. Also used a can of light red kidney beans and a dash of hot sauce. I cooked mine stove top and not in the crock pot. Turned out really good.

Fresh Strawberry Butter: 6 large juicy strawberries (the riper the better), stems removed, sliced, 1/2 C of unsalted butter, softened & 1/3 C powdered sugar In a mini-food processor, blend together butter, powdered sugar, and fresh strawberries. Remove strawberry butter from food processor into a separate small bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and keep cold in fridge until ready to use!
