Handful of fresh baby spinach Handful of frozen diced pineapple Handful of frozen sliced peaches or diced mango 1 banana, peeled and cut up 1 cup orange juice (or more as needed) Dump all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth and at desired drinking texture. Add more orange juice as needed, to allow the ingredients to blend. Pour into individual servings cups.
Greek Yogurt Blackberry Smoothie Recipe- 1 cup fresh blackberries 1/2 frozen banana 1 6-ounce container of plain nonfat/low-fat Greek yogurt 4 cubes of ice 1/2–3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or other type of milk Place blackberries, banana, yogurt, ice cubes, and 1/4 cup milk in blender and blend until fruit is pureed and ingredients are well combined.
