Fried Almond Butter Vegetables:1 tbs virgin coconut oil,3 garlic cloves,1 onion,1 sweet potato,1 broccoli,fresh spinach,10 black olives,3 tbs tamari,4 tbs raw almond butter,1/3 cups or hot water,black pepper. Heat coconut oil in a pan, add onion and garlic, cook few minutes. Slice the broccoli and add it to the pan. Cook for a few minutes, then add sliced sweet potato.Mix the almond butter with water and seasonings and add in the pan with vegetables.Add other vegetables, cook few minutes.
