Flatbread - this makes the best pizza dough, and is also great by itself. I press herbs and course salt into the dough before baking. My favorite topping: roasted squash with shallots, scattered with plenty of goat cheese. You can make up the pizza, then bake it as is, no pre baking the 'crust' is needed :) - Ashley
