Chewy Coconut Bars - This is an easy, tasty recipe that gives a unique twist to the typical cookie bar. I took these bars to a youth gathering at our church and they disappeared very fast!

Pumpkin Muffins - only 2 ingredients. That's right, just the cake mix and the pumpkin. No oil, no eggs, no water, nothing else. Bake at 350, this is a Weight Watchers treat, very low cal.

Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt - Just add 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp sweetener, 1 tbsp mini chips, and 1/4 tsp vanilla to Greek yogurt.

Greek yogurt chocolate "pudding." High protein, low sugar. Review: SUCH a great chocolate fix!!! I mixed a container of plain greek yogurt with about 1-2 Tbs cocoa powder, 1 Tbs stevia, and a Tbs of warm PB. It was an amazingly creamy NON bad-for-you 9pm snack.

Bite Size Apple Pies: Crescent Rolls, butter, apple slices, cinnamon, and sugar.

Mix together 2 cups of Cool Whip, 6 tbsp. of Nutella, 1 cup of milk. Pour into popcicle molds. Freeze for a few hours.
