Preschool Eric Carle
Next, out came our “caterpillar,” which was actually a Pringles can covered in green construction paper. I cut the lid in half to make a mouth, lining the cut with duct tape to prevent sharp edges. Add some wiggle eyes and a funky pipe cleaner, and you’ve got yourself a hungry caterpillar!
One of my favorite caterpillar art activities!

Eric Carle style art. Sooo cute! There is also a link on this page to turn it into framed letter art which would be adorable for a kid's room or playroom!

Eric Carle Inspired Butterflies - Love this because each student creates a painted sheet and then as a class they use each others' painted sheets to make their butterflies. A team effort!
