Crock Pot Chicken & Gravy: 2 chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup & 1pkg chicken gravy mix. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve over hot steamed rice.

Protein Pankcakes (AKA, "biggest loser oatmeal pancakes") These were awesome! No flour, just 1C oats, 4 eggs (I subbed 4 whole eggs for the 6 whites it calls for), 1C cottage cheese, 1tsp vanilla, 1tsp cinnamon, 2tsp sugar. Pancakes will certainly now make a comeback in this household with this healthy, balanced, and DELICIOUS recipe :) -Meg
