Homemade Fluffy Cheesecake I do use a store bought Graham Cracker Crust. Using an electric beater, beat 1 block of cream cheese, 1/3 cup of sugar and 1t of vanilla. Then beat in 1/2 a container of sour cream. Once blended, fold in 1 tub of cool whip. Put all this yumminess into your crust and refridgerate about 3 hours. Top with your favorite pie filling :) We like Blueberry!!
