Skillet S'mores -- Three-ingredient, comforting, warm, ooey gooey treat...
These are genius! Pinata cookies.
Strawberry, graham cracker & cool whip no bake cake. Perfect to bring to a summer party. Won't heat up the house, simple ingredients + looks Delish!
Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies: For the cookies: 1 box red velvet cake mix (I used Duncan Hines) 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 large eggs 1/2 cup canola oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. ~ If you want a cheesecake filling: 4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature 2 cups powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies - We just did these, minus the 'cutting into heart' step because my heart cookie cutter is missing in the vast bucket of Play-doh stuff. Delicious. I like almost every cookie ever from cake mix. So yummy and chewy.
Peanut Butter Cup Cookies - I just took the first batch out of the oven. It takes longer to unwrap the peanut butter cups than it does to put the recipe together. :) I'll have to buy non stick mini muffin tins. My aluminum tins made them a little harder to remove. I also added 2 minutes baking time. - Deb
Santa hat brownies with strawberries on top
Red Velvet Trifle We made this without the chocolate ganache, and added a little cream cheese and sugar to the cream filling recipe (after a taste test--it probably would have been rich enough if we were using the chocolate ganache) I love a good trifle better than a cake and this one was delicious and so elegant for the Christmas tea at which we served it.
Red Velvet Dirt Cake. I love the way this looks. Maybe Christmas?
