Burn baby, burn!

Why you should LOVE seeds!

1 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter) 1/3 cup honey 1 cup coconut flakes 1/2 cup ground flaxseed 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips 1 tsp vanilla

Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine

Burn 100 calories...this is good for mornings I have to work. Quick but gets the body warm and heart rate up.

Well, I guess I should get off my bum and work out now.
