Pioneer Woman says~ Perfect Salmon EVERY time, heres how: drizzle salmon filet with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, put it in a cold oven, then turn on the heat to 400 degrees. Twenty-five minutes later, the salmon is absolutely perfect. Tender, moist, flaky. A no-fail method! Excellent for impressing dinner guest.
Snow day! Paula Dean's crockpot potato soup recipe. Combine 1 bag frozen hash browns, 2 (14oz) cans chicken broth, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2c chopped onion, 1/3tsp black pepper. Cook in crock pot on low for 5hours. Stir in 8oz block of cream cheese, cook 30 minutes, stir occasionally. (this sounds amazing!!)
Dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts and a jar of salsa (2 cups) in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings! - Turned out really, really well! Typical taco flavor, but an easy, good meal.
