Paleo Pizza NOTE: we made this and it's GREAT, but trying to spread that dough into a pizza crust is ridiculously hard, so much so that we gave up on it but baked it anyway. But if you use parchment paper it actually bakes up nicely and comes right off the paper. Next time we'll just accept that it may not look much like a pizza at all but will be messy and delicious.
