excellent cilantro ranch dressing....I added 2 small avocado's to mine as well. It makes a HUGE batch so if you only need some for a family (and not for a party) I would half the recipe. This would be great for chips or salads. We used it to dip our baked creamy chicken taquito's...see that pin on my recipe-main meal board. Both were Excellent!!
