Ideas from friends: puzzle & maze books, craft kits, magnetic travel games, mini etch-a-sketches, snacks, new audiobooks or movies, face paint/wigs/mustaches, magnetic paper dolls, window decals, potholder looms, road bingo, lots of drawing stuff, a mixed CD of songs they haven't heard.
