Apple and Cheddar Quiche. Pretty simple recipe. I liked the flavors of apple and cheddar and they worked well with the egg. I left out the rosemary because I'm not a fan of the spice. Should have substituted something else in, it was a little bland without it. Not as crazy about using phyllo dough. my edges got a bit burnt and it didn't do anything for me. Next time would make in regular pie crust.
