Lord have mercy....Cajun Chicken Spaghetti 1/2 box thin spaghetti 2 chicken breasts, cubed 1 1/4 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 2 1/2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon flour 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon olive oil Tabasco, to taste
Cheesy Bacon Chicken Casserole - 4 boneless chicken breasts, 6 strips cooked bacon, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack, 16 oz spiral pasta, 1 T garlic powder, Salt & pepper. Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks. Cook chicken in bacon drippings. Add garlic powder, salt & pepper. Prepare pasta, return to pot. Add chicken, both cans of soup, 1 cup of cheese, mix well. Pour into baking dish. Top with crumbled bacon and remaining cheese. Bake at 400 for 20 min.
Easy week night meal! Garlic & lemon chicken with green beans & red potatoes! Just toss it in the oven. (When I tried this the green beans were SUPER lemony. I suggest either not having too many lemon slices on the bottom or as much juice in the coating mix!)
