Genius! ------1-2-3 Cake. Mix one box any flavor cake mix with one box Angel Food cake mix. Mix them together (shake them in a big ziploc bag or stir them together in a big bowl). Then simply store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert. Then just put three tablespoons of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in two tablespoons of water. Microwave it for one minute and you will have a single serving. Remember 3 T cake mixture, 2 T water, microwave 1 min.

Frozen Coconut Pie Mix 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup butter, melted. Press into 9x13 pan. In lg bowl, mix 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened, 1 1/2 cup milk, 2 (3 1/2 oz) pkgs instant coconut cream pudding and stir well. Pour in crust. Top with 8 oz Cool Whip and 1 cup toasted coconut, toasted. Put in freezer for at least an hour. Set out 10-15 min before serving.

Mini-Peach Cobbler In regular muffin tins, put 1 tsp melted butter. Mix 1 C sugar, 1 C flour, 2 tsp baking powder, dash salt. Add 3/4 C milk. Place 2 Tbsp batter in each muffin cup on top of butter, then 1 Tbsp diced peaches. Sprinkle with brown sugar and then sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 12 minutes at 350 deg. Let cool few minutes and remove.

5 minute-4 ingredient no bake cheesecake Mix 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 8 ounce tub of cool whip, and 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened) until nice and smooth. Add 1/4 cup lemon or lime juice and mix for 1-2 more minutes. Pour into graham crust. Could change up and make oreo crust and mix in some broken oreo pieces to cheese mixture.
