strawberry pomegranate smoothie ~ ing: Skinny Shake serves 2 4 cups frozen strawberries 1 cup pomegranate juice 1 cup water juice of 1/2 fresh lemon Layer ingredients into blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides as necessary or use food pusher to help blend. Serve and enjoy. ~ Skinny Shake
Sassy Water: Blasts Belly Fat - 2 liters water (about 8 ½ cups) 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger 1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced 1 medium lemon, thinly sliced 12 small spearmint leaves.
