Here you'll find things that are or were part of being Canadian. Northern states don't get mad at me as I know there was a lot of cross border information passed back and forth over the years and I know you shared in many Canadian customs. To you folks I salute you for passing on traditions that originated in the Great White North!

    As a kid growing up in Canada I still recall the hard work involved making this sweet delicacy but after all the work was done there was nothing better than to sit down to a stack of homemade pancakes with freshly made maple syrup smothered all over them!
