White chocolate, cranberry and strawberry rocky road - how fabulous would this be for Christmas?
Crispy Fudge...1/4 c butter or margarine, 1/4 c corn syrup, 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 c icing sugar, sifted, 2 c RICE KRISPIES cereal...In saucepan, combine butter, corn syrup and chocolate chips. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, til smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and icing sugar, mixing til smooth. Add cereal, mixing well. Spread in lightly-buttered 2 L (8 inch) square pan. Chill til set, about 30 min. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
