I made these cranberry mojitos last night with dried cranberries instead of fresh. i also crushed the ice and mint leaves together in a blender beforehand. I garnished with the dried cranberries I had used to make the simple syrup. They sunk to the bottom but still made the drink pretty and christmasy.
