Fruit filled German pancakes made in muffin tins - these are really fun, but you have to make a lot *update* I made 2 1/2 batches and it fed 6 adults and 4 kids with probably a dozen leftover. Each batch does approx. 18 in a regular sized muffin tin. The triple berry sauce was delicious and it saves in the fridge for at least a month! Great as a spread on rolls as well @Influenster @dinolingo

Corn Casserole: Best Ever Corn Casserole! 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix, 1 can cream corn, 1 can whole kernel corn (drained), 2 eggs, 1 stick butter (melted) and 1 cup sour cream. Mix all together in casserole adding the sour cream last. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes (my favorite thing in the universe)

I have to try this Cake in a cup! 1 box angel food cake mix, 1 box any other kind of cake mix Empty both cake mixes into a large zip top bag, seal, and shake until well mixed. Put 1/3 cup of mix in a large mug. (Seal the bag and save the rest for later.) Add 3 Tablespoons water. Mix. Microwave for 30 seconds (tall, big mug) or 60 seconds (wide, big mug).

Mini Chicken Pot Pies: 12 Pillsbury biscuits, a cup of cooked and diced chicken breast, one can cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar, frozen mixed veggies, some Herbs De Provence, onion powder and garlic salt. Press Biscuits into muffin tin, mix ingredients, spoon into pressed buscuits. Bake 12-15 min @400 !
