Use marshmallow fondant (which is much tastier than regular fondant) to not only cover your cakes/cupcakes but use to create decorations. For example, tint some orange and green and then shape into pumpkin or carrots. Or, you can roll the fondant out and cut out shapes with cookie cutters.

Blueberry Vanilla Yogurt Popsiclesmakes approximately 10 popsicles 3 ½ cups of low fat vanilla yogurt2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen defrosted1 tablespoon honeyIn a small bowl, stir honey and blueberries together. Set aside.In a blender combine blueberries and 2 cups yogurt, blend until a smooth consistency is achievedFill popsicle molds with 1½ cups yogurt. Layer blueberry mixture on top. Freeze 4-24 hours, until popsicles are frozen through. I like to freeze mine for 24 hours.

Movie night treat: Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn. 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 9-10 marshmallows 12 c. popcorn. Microwave brown sugar and butter for 2 minutes. Add marshmallows. Microwave until melted, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Pour over popcorn.

Better than fries! Cut potatoes almost all the way through, drizzle olive oil, butter, some sea salt, and pepper over top and bake @ 425 for 40 minutes.

Quick and Easy Version ~ Starbucks Salted Carmel Sweet Squares These taste identical!! Here you go and enjoy… Ingredients for Crust , Carmel and Pretzels 1/3 C packed brown sugar 1/4 C butter or stick margarine, softened 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt 3/4 C all-purpose flour Cooking spray 4 Tbsp fat-free milk 80 small soft caramel candies 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 C finely chopped pecans 2 C of crushed pretzels Ingredients for Chocolate Fudge 1 2/3 C granulated sugar 2/3 C Evaporated Milk 2 Tbsp butter 2 C Miniature marshmallows and 2 C Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips 1 tsp Vanilla Preparation Preheat oven to 375°. Beat the first 4 crust ingredients with a mixer at medium speed until well-blended. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups, and level with a knife. Add flour to sugar mixture, stirring until well-blended. (Mixture will be crumbly.) Firmly press mixture into bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. While crust is baking, combine milk and caramel candies in a medium sauce-pan. Place over low heat; cook until candies melt, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla; remove from heat. Remove the crust from oven. Pour the caramel mixture (reserve some carmel to swirl on top) evenly over hot crust. Sprinkle with pecan and pretzel mixture. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. Once crust, carmel and pecan pretzel mixture are cooled, start making Fudge. Combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly (or just about). Boil 4 minutes. Remove from heat then stir in marshmallows and chocolate chips. Stir until melted and combined. Add vanilla and stir. Pour fudge mixture on top of cooled crust mixture, then warm reserved carmel in microwave and add a pinches of salt and drizzle over the fudge layer. Take knife and gently run it through the salted caramel ribbon to make sure its swirled throughout. Chill, set and cut into squares. YUMMY !!!!! =D
