Whisk Kid: How to Frost a Cake
Homemade Marshmallow Fluff 3 egg whites room temp,2C light corn syrup,1/2 tspn salt,2C sifted confectioner sugar,1 tbspn vanilla extract. In bowl-add egg whites,corn syrup, & salt.Using mixer on high for 5 minutes until the mixture is thick & almost doubled.On low, add powdered sugar & mix, Then add vanilla extract & mix until well blended. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Lemon Frosting Recipe Embarassingly EASY
Whipped vanilla frosting. "Tastes like creamy ice cream–there is no sugary residue or chalky texture...It also has a glide factor that makes it wonderful when applying to cakes." Definitely adding this to my list of must-try frostings!
All Buttercream Flower Cake
neat frosting tip!!!!!! Roll up a log of frosting in some saran wrap, twist ends closed. Pull one end through the coupler before putting the tip on, and cut the end off so it's open. Put tip on the bag and voila, the bag actually stays clean! You can use this method to do two colors in the bag, too.
