Delicious Low Carb Veggie Pizza! Mix cooked spaghetti squash (I cook mine in microwave to do it quickly, paper towel excess water from squash), 3 medium eggs and 12 oz mozzarella cheese. Press into Pam sprayed baking dish, Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Next, Top with any veggies, remainder of cheese and seasoning. Keep at 400 and bake an additional 25 minutes. Let sit for ten minutes to set. Enjoy this healthy meal!!!
